Defendant appeals from a conviction of felony arson following jury trial in the Sixteenth Judicial District Court, Rosebud County. We affirm.

Defendant raises two issues:(1) Did the District Court err in refusing to grant defendant’s second request that a new attorney be appointed to represent him, after new counsel had previously been appointed?(2) Was defendant denied effective assistance of counsel because of insufficient communication between defendant and court-appointed counsel?
