Memorandum: Petitioner appeals from an order granting respondent’s motion for a change of venue in this Mental Hygiene Law article 10 proceeding. We note at the outset that we affirmed the order denying respondent’s motion to dismiss the petition (Matter of State of New York v Williams, 92 AD3d 1274 [2012]). The petition was originally filed in Supreme Court, Erie County, because respondent was confined in a correctional facility located therein and, following a hearing, the court concluded that there was probable cause to believe that respondent required civil management and pretrial…
