This matter is before the Court on the motion of Michael E. Collins, Esq., Assistant United States Trustee (“UST”), filed on June 9,1995, to dismiss the filing of the Chapter 7 petition (“Petition”) of Joseph L. Vianese (“J. Vianese”) and Constance A. Vianese (“C. Via-nese”) (hereinafter jointly referred to as “Debtors”).
