This matter is before us on preliminary objections filed in behalf of Alfred Minutóla, one of the defendants, to plaintiff’s complaint. The objections were filed under Rule 1017(6) (3) of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure and are in the form of a motion for a more specific pleading.

The complaint is in trespass and avers in substance that defendant’s automobile, being driven in a negligent manner, with the permission of and upon defendant’s business, and by defendant’s servant, agent and employe, caused damages to plaintiff’s automobile. It is averred that because of the…
