The order seeking to place these defendants in contempt is predicated on the Public Employees ’ Fair Employment Act, more popularly known as the Taylor Act (Civil Service Law, §§ 200-212), and article 19 of the Judiciary Law (Judiciary Law, §§ 750-781). Section 210 of the Taylor Act specifically provides that a public employee who condones, causes or instigates a strike “ shall be subject to the disciplinary' penalties provided by law for misconduct, in accordance with procedures established by law.” (Civil Service Law, § 210; emphasis added.)
