The petitioners, Larry Jim Powell, by next friend and father, F.-A. Powell, and P. A. Powell, individually,' have assigned for error the action of the Court of Appeals in affirming the judgment of thé trial court in favor of the defendants, respondents herein. We have granted cer-tiorari and the cases have been argued at the Bar-of this Court.
