MEMORANDUM DECISION

INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on an objection to confirmation of the debtors’ Chapter 12 plan of reorganization on the ground that it does not comply with 11 U.S.C. § 1225(a)(5). Specifically, secured creditor Norwest Bank South Dakota, N.A. (“Norwest”), contends that the debtors may not transfer certain real property to Norwest in payment of the value of the allowed amount of Norwest’s secured claim, when the real property Norwest is to receive pursuant to the plan did not secure the Norwest debt.
