MEMORANDUM OPINION
(May 9, 2014)
These five consolidated criminal cases are before the Court on the motion to dismiss filed by Defendant Jelani Gumbs.1 In said motion, he asks this Court to dismiss all murder charges and related dangerous *154weapons offenses asserted against him. The Court also directed the parties to address whether the multiple dangerous weapons charges against each Defendant were multiplicitous.
