Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Bradley, J.), entered April 5, 2004 in Ulster County, upon a verdict rendered in favor of plaintiff.
Plaintiff commenced this action in April 2001 to recover for injuries she allegedly sustained in an October 1998 motor vehicle accident when the automobile she was operating was struck from behind by a mobile home driven by defendant in the Town of Shandaken, Ulster County.
