KELLEY, Judge.

PSFS/Meritor Financial (employer) appeals from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (board) which affirmed the decision of the referee granting benefits to Susan Walker (claimant).

Claimant was employed as a proofreader and technician by employer on February 20, 1988, when she sustained an injury to her right ankle, consisting of a partial rupture of her heel cord and a bruised achilles tendon.
