OPINION

ADAMS, Judge.

«1 The Department of Corrections (DOC) appeals a trial court judgment based on a jury's verdiet in favor of Plaintiff Ellen Shackelford. The jury returned a verdict *168finding in favor of Defendant Greg Province on Plaintiffs claim against him, but it returned a verdict finding in her favor on a handicap discrimination theory of relief against DOC, her former employer, as permitted: by 25 0.8.2001 § 1901,1 a part of Oklahoma's anti-discrimination statutes, 25 ©.S$.2001 §§ 1101, et seq.
