Defendant Edgar Rafael Barraza-Maldonado is charged with one count of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A). Relying on the Supreme Court’s recent decision in United States v.
