Ronald E. Lundin filed a complaint against Nadine and William Peterson, claiming in part that he was entitled to possession of a dog (Krystal the Bedling-ton Terrier) as well as her offspring and that the Petersons were in wrongful possession of them. The circuit court entered partial summary judgment in favor of Lun-din on his replevin claim and ordered the Petersons to give Lundin possession of Krystal. 1 The Petersons filed this appeal, arguing that summary judgment was improper and that the court had no authority to order them to turn Krystal over to Lundin.
