|2On January 22, 2012, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a petition in juvenile court, alleging that B.G., a child under the age of 17, was in knowing possession of a handgun in violation of La. R.S. 14:95.8. On February 27, 2013, B.G. was adjudicated delinquent.
