I. INTRODUCTION
This is the Opinion of the Court following the August 29, 2018 trial on the remaining count of the amended adversary complaint (the "Complaint") filed by Jimmy Smith, plaintiff pro se (the "Plaintiff"). The Complaint seeks to except from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) a debt owed to Plaintiff by Debtor/Defendant Linda Johnson-Battle (the "Debtor") in the amount of $ 8,088.23 arising from an April 13, 2015 Stipulation of Settlement (the "Stipulation").
