I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Plaintiffs’ Third Amended Complaint against the Defendants, State Bank of Long Island (“SBLI”), Advanced Testing Technologies, Inc. (“ATTI”), Eli Levi (“Levi”) and Hector Gavilla (“Gavilla”). The Third Amended Complaint relates to a contract between Computer Engineering Associates, Inc.
