Plaintiff Joseph Cwiklinski brought suit against Patricia Jennings, John Jennings and Joey Pass on behalf of his minor sons Joseph and Phillip after the boys were injured in an automobile accident. The trial court granted defendant Patricia Jennings’ motion to dismiss the count directed against her, count III. Plaintiff appeals.
