This bill was filed to enjoin the defendants from cutting and removing timber from a tract of land of which complainant claimed to *485be the owner as a purchaser at a sale made under a decree of the Chancery Court of Morgan Oonnty. The defendants resist, and, on the contrary, insist that complainant has no interest in this land.
