The appellants, including Red Line Transfer and Storage Company, Inc., are certified motor carriers operating in intrastate commerce pursuant to authority granted by the Arkansas Commerce Commission; and the appellee-respondent, Atlas Transit, Inc., is a competitor engaged in the same business under similar authority.
