HINCKS, District Judge.
Findings of Fact.
1. The plaintiff, Caroline Silverthau, is and at all times material hereto has been a resident of the State of Connecticut.
2. On May 18, 1926, the plaintiff created a trust which is in the following terms and language:
“Deed of Trust
“I, Caroline Silverthau, of the City and County of New Haven, State of Connecticut, hereby set over, assign and transfer to The New Haven Bank N.B.A., of said New Haven, the securities named in the schedule hereto annexed, In Trust, however, for the following uses and purposes : to hold the same and such other securities as…
