HOFFMAN, Judge.

Appellants-defendants C.B. and J.W. (hereinafter Father and Mother) appeal from the trial court's judgment terminating parental rights in their three children M.B., C.B., and D.B. The'facts pertinent to this appeal are summarized below.

Mother is the parent of four children J.W., M.B., C.B., and D.B. Father is the parent of M.B., C.B., and D.B. On July 6, 1988, the Marshall County Department of Public Welfare (DPW) received a report of neglect caused by dirty housekeeping.
