MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HOLSCHUH, Chief Judge.
This matter is presently before the Court on defendant’s motion to transfer venue.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
This action arises from an employment agreement executed by defendant Herb Kimball and plaintiff Midwest Motor Supply Co., Inc., dba Kimball-Midwest in December 1988. Under this agreement Kim-ball became a sales representative for Kim-ball-Midwest in several named counties in Tennessee and Georgia.
