Plaintiff while walking* across Fraser street in the city of Saginaw was injured as a result of being struck by an automobile owned by defend ant Thomas Bordeau and with his consent being driven by defendant Robert Bordean. Upon trial by jury defendants had verdict, and judgment was later entered thereon. Plaintiff made a motion for a new trial on the_ ground that the verdict was against the great weight of the evidence. This was denied.
