Kenneth Burchesky (Employer) appeals from a decision of the Employment Security Board affirming an assessment for unpaid contributions, interest, and penalties in the amount of $2,959.80. We affirm.
Employer provided preventive and general dentistry services in Lyndonville under the name “Lyndon Dental Service.” On May 5, 1982, Dr. Burchesky informed the Unemployment Compensation Division of the Department of Employment and Training (Division) that after nine years as an employer he was no longer furnishing employment to employees.
