— On December 11, 1893, one J. H. Murphy died testate in Wahsington, D. 0., being then a resident of that city. On January 23, 1894, his last will and testament was duly admitted to probate by the district court of the state of Iowa, in and for Scott county, a court of competent jurisdiction. Scott county, Iowa, seems to have been the previous domicile of said decedent, and he left there a considerable estate. Said decedent left surviving him his widow, one Mary A. Murphy, appellant herein, and two children, T. A. Murphy, a son, and Jessie A. Murphy, a daughter, respondents herein, his only…
