This is an appeal by plaintiff from a summary judgment granted to a co-defendant in an action brought to recover damages for malpractice. We reverse and remand.

The plaintiff's complaint named as defendants two medical doctors, John William Sherrer and George M. Gibbins; and an optometrist, Robert P. Klingenbeck. In the course of pleading and discovery, Dr. Klingenbeck moved for summary judgment on the ground that no genuine issue of material fact existed.
