Concord Hospital, Defendant O R D E R Alex McMillen was employed by Concord Hospital as a security officer. After the hospital fired him, he brought this action in state court, seeking damages for wrongful termination under New Hampshire’s common law (count one), and unlawful retaliation under the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (count two). Concord Hospital removed the case, invoking this court’s federal question jurisdiction. See 28 U.S.C. § 1331. See also
