The Pensacola & Atlantic Railroad Company, appellee before this court, filed a bill against D. L. McKinnon, R. W. Storrs and E. W. Mooring, to restrain them from prosecuting certain suits at law before a Justice of the Peace and in the County Judge’s Court of Jackson county, State of Florida, against appellee. McKinnon instituted eight of these actions before a Justice of the Peace, and one before the County Judge, each for one hundred dollars. Storrs commenced three similar suits before the.
