LECHE, Judge.

Plaintiff filed this suit for damages against the New Orleans Public Service, Inc., resulting from injuries sustained by her while a passenger on one of defendant’s electric motor-buses. Erom a judgment dismissing her suit, she has appealed. •

The injury occurred on February 1,1933, at about 8 o’clock in the morning. Petitioner boarded defendant’s bus at the corner of Broadway and Ereret streets along with a number of other passengers, principally persons of the colored race, who were on their way to the various places where they were employed.
