This was an action for the settlement of partnership accounts. It was referred to auditors appointed by the parties; the auditors disagreed, and the court appointed an umpire, who made a report showing a balance of $416 10, in favor of the plaintiff. The plaintiff’s counsel took a rule upon the defendants, to show cause why the report should not be homologated and become the judgment of the court.
