This is an original action ■brought to review an order of the State Industrial Commission, whereby respondent, Lewis Beagley, was awarded compensation against the Farmers Co-operative Association and the Aetna Life Insurance Company. its insurance carrier. On July 5, 1929, Lewis Beagley sustained an accidental personal injury while in the employment of the Farmers Co-opera five Association.
