This was an action in case, in the Circuit Court of Wabash county, by appellant against appellee, to recover for a personal injury sustained by appellant while in the act of driving a team and wagon across appellee’s railroad at a public highway crossing in the country. Trial by jury. Verdict and judgment in favor of appellee.
