Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (Hanofee, J.), rendered May 5, 1988, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (four counts), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
