This is the second appeal in this case. The former opinion is found in 209 Ark. 707,192 -S. W. 2d 354. In that opinion it was decided that the appellants there, who are also the appellants here, were the legally elected directors of the Security National Life Insurance Company, having been elected as such at the last preceding meeting of the policyholders, held January 10, 1945. The by-laws of the insurance company provided for the election of the directors by the policyholders.
