Memorandum: Plaintiff commenced this action alleging that she was injured when she fell from a trampoline owned by defendant Thomas Gearing, Jr., located in the back yard of the residence owned by defendant Thomas Gearing, Sr. The trampoline was manufactured by defendant Jumpking, Inc.
