Following a jury trial, defendant Victor Williams was convicted of rape and armed robbery (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 38, pars. 11 — 1, 18 — 2) and sentenced to concurrent terms of 15 years’ imprisonment for each offense.
