The Western Casualty Company has appealed from a judgment in favor of Mrs. Ruth Ratliff for compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Law (Rev. St. 1925, art. 8306 et seq., as amended).

While working for the Fort Worth Poultry & Egg Company and in the discharge of the duties of her employment, Mrs. Ruth Ratíiff struck her left hand against an egg separator in attempting to catch a bucket of eggs. After her claim for compensation was denied by the Industrial Accident Board, she appealed to the district court, where the case was tried.
