JjSTATEMENT OF CASE

On August 6, 2010, the State charged the defendant, Brandon Smith, with one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. The defendant pled not guilty at his arraignment on August 23, 2010. Prior to trial on May 17, 2011, the State amended its charge against the defendant to one count of distribution of cocaine. The defendant pled not guilty at on that same date.
