This action for recovery of the possession of real property was brought by Addison E. Millett, appellee here, as plaintiff, alleging that he was the owner in fee simple and entitled to the .immediate possession of said property, and that the defendant wrongfully withheld possession of and exercised acts of ownership over the same.
