Petitioner Thomas J. Culhane was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York by the First Judicial Department on June 29, 1954. On June 9, 1998, petitioner pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York to a one count information alleging conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of 18 USC §§ 371 and 1341 et seq.
