Plaintiff Edward Miles was denied Supplemental Security Income benefits by the Commissioner of Social Security. This matter was referred to United States Magistrate Judge Frederick R. Buckles for a Report and Recommendation (Report) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b).
