In this personal injury action brought by Sharon Huntoon against TCI Cablevision of Colorado, Inc. (“TCI”) for injuries sustained in a rear-end automobile collision, we discuss the appropriate standards to resolve a mo tion for directed verdict and to admit specialized neuropsychologist testimony. 1 The court of appeals reversed a directed verdict for Huntoon on issues of liability because it found some evidence of comparative negligence.
