This is an appeal from a determination by the Public Employe Relations Board (PERB) that the employes in the Klamath County assessor’s office constitute an appropriate bargaining unit under ORS 243.682 ① for the purpose of electing an exclusive rep resentative to bargain collectively on their behalf with their employer.
