Conviction in District Court of Nolan County of murder; punishment, ten years in the penitentiary.

This case originated by indictment returned at a special term of the District Court of Andrews County. Said indictment charged appellant and Andy Meador with the murder of Rawls. Venue was changed to Ward County, where, upon request and agreement, a severance was ordered and this appellant put first upon trial.
