NATURE OF CASE

This case presents the review of the uncontested findings of the referee in an attorney disciplinary proceeding.

BACKGROUND

James Widtfeldt was admitted to the practice of law in Nebraska in 1978 and has a general practice in Holt County, Nebraska. He has previously been privately reprimanded for representing both sides of a tax case.
