Martin Villalobos pled guilty to one count of distribution of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(C), and the district court 1 sentenced him to 108 months of imprisonment and three years of supervised release. On appeal, Villalobos argues the district court erred in failing to recognize a pending Guidelines amendment as a valid ground for variance. Villalobos also argues the district court otherwise imposed an unreasonable sentence. We affirm.
