In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant Cooper Tire & Rubber Company appeals from so much *897of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ruchelsman, J.), dated November 1, 2007, as denied its motion pursuant to CPLR 510 (3) to change the venue of the action from Kings County to Ulster County.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
