ZAVATT, District Judge.

Voluntary petitions in bankruptcy were filed by Michael and Anita Stone, husband and wife, on September 5, 1957. Adjudications were made on the same day. Specifications of objection to the discharge of the bankrupts in each case were filed by the trustee. The objections in both cases were ordered tried at the same time by the Referee, and hearings thereon were held at various adjourned dates from July 22, 1957 to June 18, 1958.
