This is an appeal from a judgment of the Madison Superior Court affirming an order of the Department of Financial Institutions of the State of Indiana approving the application of the Citizens Bank of Elwood for the establishment of a branch bank in the town of Huntsville. The record discloses that Huntsville is an unincorporated town in Madison County, Indiana, located near the intersection of State Road 67 and State Road 9.
