The rpiestion involved in this case is: Does the rule in Shelley’s Case, apply to the devise by David Scott by the codicil to Ins will of lot No. 1, (one hundred and sixty-five acres of land) to his son Jefferson, after the death of the testator’s wife, to whom by his will the testator had devised it during her natural life?
